As I was walking in the Virtualienmarkt in Munich selling only organic produce, I chanced upon a store selling dried fruit, nuts, grains, etc. In one of the baskets I found these pre-packaged ready to cook meals.

250 gram Risotto and Polenta packs were made… in front from left to right are packs of Risotto with Pomodoro (Tomato), Chocolate Risotto with cranberries and Polenta with Truffle. All the buyer has to do is place these in a pot and add water and cook as instructed. It seems like such a simple thing to do and yet I wonder why we don’t have it in the Philippines, it makes sense.
