Guita T. Gopalan is currently the Managing Director of Colayco Foundation for Education. Under her direction, the Foundation’s offerings have expanded to include investment seminars, alternative and online financial education resources and a financial coaching program. She was also instrumental in the development of Francisco J. Colayco’s most recent best-selling books – Pisobilities: Gabay sa Buhay Pinansyal and Easy Money para sa Kababaihan.
She is also a part of the Foundation’s pool of trainors and concierge professionals providing personal finance assistance to individuals and groups such as Collegio San Agustin, Kraft Philippines, Philippine Navy, Philippine National Police, Convergys Philippines, Pag-IBIG Fund, University of the Philippines College of Education, wives of New Bilibid Prison Inmates, and countless others. She is a co-host of the TV show, Pisobilities at the Business Portal and a regular resource at RHTV’s Pera Pera Lang Yan. She has also been seen on GMA7 as a resource person on various topics on personal finance. She also spearheads the development of One Wealthy Nation – a project which uses technology to make investing more affordable, available and accessible to ordinary Filipinos.
In addition to her work in Colayco Foundation, Guita is an independent business development consultant, the lead organizer of Lean Start-up Manila and a Fellow of the World Bank’s Youth Leaders for Knowledge and Development Program.
